#ff0000;\"><b>UN DISPOSITIF OBLIGATOIRE POUR LES AGENTS<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Dans le cadre de la r\u00e9forme issue du d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2021-1164 du 8 septembre 2021 (texte r\u00e9glementaire), un nouveau dispositif est en place depuis le 1er octobre 2025 :<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">L\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 la mutuelle INT\u00c9RIALE est obligatoire pour les agents<\/li><li class=\"p1\">L\u2019administration prend en charge 50 % du co\u00fbt du socle de base<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>UNE VIGILANCE POUR LES AYANTS DROIT<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">De nombreux retours font appara\u00eetre une difficult\u00e9 concernant les ayants droit (conjoints, enfants) :<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Hausse des cotisations<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Impact financier pour les familles<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>UNE SOLUTION A ETUDIER POUR LES AYANTS DROIT<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Les ayants droit ne sont pas soumis \u00e0 l\u2019obligation d\u2019adh\u00e9sion, il est donc possible d\u2019opter pour une compl\u00e9mentaire sant\u00e9 plus adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 leur situation.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Dans ce cadre, <span class=\"s3\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice<\/b> <\/span>recommande d\u2019\u00e9tudier les offres de notre partenaire, la Mutuelle du Minist\u00e8re de la Justice (MMJ).<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Reconnue pour sa connaissance des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du minist\u00e8re de la Justice, la MMJ propose des garanties adapt\u00e9es aux agents et \u00e0 leurs familles, avec des niveaux de cotisation souvent plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s pour les ayants droit.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>\u00c0 retenir :<\/b><\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Mutuelle obligatoire pour les agents<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Prise en charge \u00e0 50 % par l\u2019administration<\/li><li
